 We could not have a higher praise for Brock. From the first meeting up to the final day,  he made us feel comfortable, answered any questions we had and made our whole selling experience as easy and smooth as possible.  He was always quick to return a text, email or call. Throughout our process, he would  show up (coming from San Francisco to Oakland) for each inspection, walkthrough, or  whatever was needed. I would tell him he didn't need to bother coming over for this or that, and he would reply in his sincere, endearing way, said that's my job, I need to make  sure you are protected.  He was great at explaining things and we always felt that he was honest and upfront  about what was happening and what we should expect during any giving process. Above and beyond all of these things that you would expect from an agent, Brock was fun to talk to about life and all of its mysteries. My wife and I were shopping for a home for our growing family as we're expecting a 2nd child in the summer.  In a market where our shopping price tag was limited by high interest rates and scarce inventory, we knew finding the right home would be a challenge and needed a seasoned realtor.  Lucky for us, we had Brock on our side who more than fit the strict criteria I had as an experienced buyer--strategic, strong negotiator and quickly responsive.  

But what I valued the most about Brock was that he really cared that we got the best place for us.  As an example, we were in escrow for a property where the seller started to shift on the original terms of the contract.  Instead of convincing me to soften my terms in order to close the deal and collect his commission sooner, which is what many realtors might do, Brock did the opposite.  He forced me to give some deeper thought as he considered the needs of my family and what I wanted for us financially.  We walked away from the deal and continued our search. 

Fast forward to today, my family and I are getting ready to move into our new home in a neighborhood that I did not think was possible for us at this time.  His ability to negotiate, communicate and build relationships made the closing of the deal happen.  Thank you Brock for all your efforts, conversations and care!
